I finished Twilight

I'm ill, not sick -Lil Wayne.
Lil Wayne might be ill, but I'm sick. Not only am I sick, I'm 'illin. Sick for the past two days. No need to mention the bloody, gory, bloody and gory details. With all this 'illin chillin time I've had, I decided to read Twilight and yes I finished it. If you don't believe me, you can quiz me on it (cough cough Rachel). It wasn't half bad. OK, it was pretty good. I think it might have been over-hyped. Maybe I'll see the movie.
Over the spring break, I'm going to watch a movie that I've been trying to avoid. I'm either watching High School Musical 3: Senior Year, The Bridge To Terabithia, Horton Hears a Who or Twilight. Which one should I watch? Comment on what you think I should watch.

I've done the unthinkable

I'm starting to read Twilight. Yes, me. Andrew J. The kid who really did not want to read Twilight. The one who said he would never read the book or see the movie. I changed my mind. My mom just had to get me a surprise present that happened to be the book Twilight. So far, it's okay. I'm on page 316. What's up with me and breaking promises. First, I watch the Hannah Montana movie. Now I'm reading Twilight. Next thing you know, I'll be watching Desperate Housewives and Gossip Girl. Absolutely disgusting.

Graduation Song

You know what song we should do? The clean version of A Milli. Best song ever. Nah i'm kidding but seriously A Milli is the best song I have ever heard in my life. Word up. Actually, on second thought, I think that I might not put the link. I think Mr. Gallobot will think it is inappropiate and I'll get in trouble like I did when I put on that spank the monkey game. Getting Air

Getting Air is a book that I'm reading for Independant Reading. Getting Air is about a couple of people who are on a plane and get hijacked. The plane goes down and 6 people get stranded on an island. So far it is a good book, bit I'm almost done with it. Any suggestions for what book I should read next.

LA Essay

Who is your least favorite charecter and why?
I have two least favorite charecters. They are Demetrius and Egeus. I don't like Demetrius because he dumped Helena rudely and treated he worse than he would treat his own dog (notice the pun). He went out with Helena but neever really liked her and then he just switched) to Hermia. I don't like Egeus becasue he would kill his own daughter (enough said).
What was your favorite act/scene? Why?
My favorite act is Act 5 Scene 1. I like because in my mind it is the funniest scene. It highlights how stupid Bottom is (or pretends to be) and shows that these craftmen cannot really think for themselves. This act also shows how nice Theseus is. I noticed how he didn't laugh at how terrible the play was. I think that Philostarte was mean when he said he cried tears of luaghter becuase of how bad the play was.
If you were to act this play out on stage, which character would you choose to be and why?
I think everyone in my class knows who I would want to act as. I would act out Bottom a.k.a Bootie Bottom. I would like to act him pit because he is so self confident and is a blubbering idiot. After playing Bottom about four times, I have learned that it is fun to act like charecters who are blubbering idiots. The only time it was bad when I had to play Bottom was when Mr. Gallobot made me play him after the infamous spank the monkey game I posted on my blog. Sorry about that. I got the idea from someone in my class (cough cough Diego).

What do you think the point of Puck telling us that we never saw the play was?

Act 5 Summary (also very short)

Titania and Hippolyta are waiting for some entertainment. While they are waiting, Theseus confides that he thinks that the lovers are dreaming. However, Hippolyta says that love is an odd thing. Then The play comes on. It is very bad. Bottom comes out of charecter a couple of times to explain what is happening. At the end, Puck tells us that this was all a dream, and that we never actually saw this play.

Act 4 (really short)

In Act 4, Titania gets the anti-love jujice on her eyes. She sees that she was in love with a donkey and changes Bottom back into a normal person. Then The lovers (Demetrius, Helena, Hermia and Lysander) wake up when Theseus and Egeus find them. Demetrius says that he is in love with Helena. Then Theseus allows Hermia and Lysander to get married, despite Egeus's wishes. Then Bottom wakes up and thinks that he just had a odd dream.
Bottom get's to his house to find the other actors there pondering the fate of the show. Bottom rouses the troops, and they get ready to put on the play.

About Act 3

In Act three, the actor's gather up and start to work on the play. Everyone has looked at the script and they decide that a few changes need to be made. They have almost all the charecters tell who they are. Then, Puck makes Bottom get the head of a donkey. When everyone runs away from Bottom, Bottom thinks that people are playing a joke on him. Titania has the love juice on her eyes, then she wakes up and falls madly in love with Bottom.
Robin has put the love juice on the wrong people's eyes. He had put the love juice on the eyes of Lysander, then he put it on Demetrius. Helena thinks that Demetrius and Lysander are playing a sick joke on her. Hermia thinks that Helena is a snake. Oberon finds out about this and put's the anti-love juice on the eyes on Lysander.

Nick Bottom is like London Tipton

Nick Bottom is a lot like London Tipton because they are both very conceited and neither of them seem like they are very smart. Both of them love to talk about them selves, they each think they are are all that and a bag of popcorn and a twenty ounce bottle of Pepsi. Both of them seem to have some inner smartness (if that's a word) that they never seem to show.

A Midsummer Night's Dream Act 2

In the second act of a Midsummer Night's Dream, Oberon gets the juice of a flower that can make someone fall in love with you. Then, he plots to put it on Titania. He then turns invisible when Demetrius and Helena come in. They start aruing becuase Helena is following Demetrius around. Demetrius tells Helena to go away, and then runs deeper into the forest. Then Oberon gives Puck the flower juice and tells him to put in on Demetrius's eyes so he falls in love with Helena.
Oberon sneaks up on a sleeping Titania and puts the flower juice on her eyes. Then he leaves. Puck finds Lysander and Hermia sleeping in the forest and Puck thinks that Lysander is Demetrius. Puck puts the flower juice on Lysander. Then Helena comes in and thinks that Lysander is dead, so she wakes him up. Then Lysander falls in love with Helena. Helena thinks that Lysander is joking and gets mad. Then Hermia wakes up to find Lysander gone and runs to try to find him.

About A midsummer night's dream

In a midsummer night's dream you find out that Hermia, Egeus's daughter Hermia wants to marry Lysander but she can't. Her dad does not approve of Lysander and wants Hermia to marry Demetrius.Theseus, the king decides that Hermia has three choices, to be a virgin, to marry Demetrius, or to die. She must decide in four days.
Lysander convinces Hermia to run away into the forest on the next morning. Meanwhile, Nick Bottom, Peter Quince, Francis Flute, Snout and Snug get together to make a play. Nick Bottom is cast as Pyramus a handsome man. They decide to meet in the forest the next morning. Nick Bottom, who thinks he is hot snot, tells everyone to come the next morning or never show their face again.
